• After sales service

We offer a 2-year mechanical service warranty. If any mechanical fault occurs during this period, we’ll provide free service. To claim the warranty, keep the warranty card and send the product to our location. We’ll fix it and return it to you.

• Parcel receive or return

When you will receive the package you need to open package Infront of the delivery man, if you see any problem like (not the watch you ordered or the product has any problem) then you can return the product without paying any delivery charge but if you don't like the watch then you can return it by paying the delivery charge 70taka (inside Dhaka) and 150taka(outside Dhaka).

Once watch is sold then its not refundable/ returnable after the delivery man leaves.
